The production

Together with our clients, we develop individual screen-plays for the visual presentation of the property.

Director, camera, lights and props put the property into optimal perspective.

Tracking shots help to give a visual impression of the interior rooms.

 

Aerial views

Aerial views with camera drones allow spectacular tracking shots. The drones we use are very flexible and can be implemented everywhere to produce solid and vibration-free, high-quality films.

Besides film recordings, camera drones can also be programmed for photo shoots. The latest generation of camera drones offers an incredible variety of possibilities for visualising properties. And all of this at an amazingly affordable price.
 

Homestaging

In vacant properties, an appealing atmosphere is created using furnishing, lighting and accessories.

The advantages of the property are thus emphasized both in the pictures and during viewing appointments without drawing on the potential buyer’s imagination.

During post production the individual elements are mounted while sound and images are being cut.

At this point in the process it is also possible to issue international versions of the property film, in different languages such as German, Russian, French, or Arabic. Sound tracks using native speakers, together with the implementation of subtitles, allow you to reach an international audience.

 

We record the speakers, cut sound and music, negotiate the music rights, add 360° panoramas, aerial views, and high-resolution 3D pictures (renderings) and animations.
